At Bycycle.in, we want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy is here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition

    • In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.

⚠️ Products that show signs of use, wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for a return or refund.

🚲 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Helmets, gloves, and other personal protective gear

  • Innerwear, cycling apparel, and opened nutrition products

  • Customized bicycles or accessories

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you may request a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email/phone about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (details to be provided by the customer).

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong product, defective item, damaged on arrival), Bycycle.in will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer error, the buyer will bear the return shipping charges.

⚡ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may still request a return after delivery under the above guidelines.
